Quote: A Different Perspective Photo - Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Tampa, Florida Busch Gardens is an animal park that I really enjoyed. One main reason for this is the multiple vantage points for viewing the animals.

A monorail and cable cars ride above the park, while a train rides around the park all at a pace that allows you to photograph the animals.

With an African theme, and many different animal exhibits, there is much to see. There are thrill rides, restaurants, water rides, and of course the Clydesdales. There is something for everyone. If you are looking for an animal park you have come to the right place. The animal exhibits allow you to feel up close without infringing on the animals' space. Like other Busch Gardens Parks there are interactive experiences to be had for an additional fee. The price for a general admission ticket is a little high, over $40 for children as well as adults. The thing I like least about this park is the location. Now mind you it has been a couple of years since I have been there but it was in an area of town that I would not have chosen as my vacation lodging. We did stay overnight in a hotel nearby, but were not completely comfortable with the surrounding neighborhood. I know they have not moved the park, but maybe the surrounding area has improved.

Quote: Some of the best roller coasters in the world, mixed with a zoo. Great fun for the whole family. The beer school/tour was very interesting and more educational than I thought. Free samples is what made me sign up, and they provided many helpful tips for the beer drinker that really wants to enjoy his/her beer. All kinds of different restaurants, we tried the Smoke House, which had ribs and chicken smoked to give it extra flavour. Huge portions and reasonably priced.

Quote: Sheikra Coaster Photo - Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Tampa, Florida This is a lovely park. All the coasters are good rides, with Gwazi being my personal favorite. The park is clean and nicely landscaped. (Although I have to say that BG in Williamsburg is more beautiful.) There are a lot of animals to see, like a zoo. (Much more than Williamsburg.) The exhibits were easily accessible and interesting to experience. Many picture taking opportunities. Overall we had a very nice time visiting this park.

Quote: Busch Gardens is like a zoo and amusement park rolled up into one. The various restaurants in the park were expensive, but the food was delicious. The entertainment was outstanding and the staff very accommodating. We went on a day that they had a major storm, and they gave us a rain check to come back within 5 days. No other parks offered that benefit. The best part about Busch Gardens was the access to the animals. You can get up close to them via train and tram rides. For the non-smokers, smokers are not allowed to walk and smoke, they have designated areas that they must go to in order to smoke. There is also live entertainment throughout the park. On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest, Busch Gardens is a 10.

Quote: It is lots of fun for adults and kids. Some of the roller coasters are awesome. Take a change of clothes, as you are likely to get soaked, and wear appropriate shoes. There is something for everyone: animal shows, water rides, roller coasters, safari, etc.
