Independence Mine - State Historical Park

This was one of our favorite places in Alaska, it was gorgeous. We went twice while we were there and both times it was beautiful. Since it was June the snow was still pretty deep towards the top of the mine, but we still hiked up there and the view was beautiful. If you're in the Wasilla area this is a must see.
