North Rim Grand Canyon

As we started out on the last canyon day trip, I had a small headache. We drove the straight road to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We went through the entrance and followed the road til the end. There were cabins, shops, a restaurant, and one paved trail you could take. It wasn't strenuous and we walked to the end. The view was awesome. After getting a bite to eat one of the small restaurants, we got back into the car to drive back the way we came to take a side road to more trails. There were trails along the way we were planning on stopping at on the way back. We drove all the way til the end of the side road around some curves to the road ended. There was one trail that split off into two directions for different view points. The trail was paved and only took about five minutes to walk. By this time my headache was so bad I couldn't drive and I was getting sick. Therefore, we didn't get to stop at the other trails. We exited the park and stopped at about the only little store we saw on the way in for some Advil. Then drove on back to St. George.
