Ten minutes from Texas Christian University. Modest gift shop has interesting things such as corn cob dolls and clothing made on 100 year old patterns. No concessions! This place is a real treasure!
The Log Cabin Village is hosted by costumed interpreters who tell the story of the Village and the various cabins as well as the school house, the blacksmith shop and the mill. These are a really fine group of people. Take the time to talk with them.
