You have three choices on barbeque night: chicken and ribs, ribs and chicken, and chicken, or ribs. You would expect a gunfight to come right out of the saloon. They grill up a mean barbeque with the works, potato salad, baked beans, and Texas toast. This is a must on the island. Other nights they offer meals from a menu.
