Quote: The Green Flash is nothing short of superb. With a splendid view of Pine Island Sound, one may watch the boats or even catch dolphins playing. Service is outstanding, and the "Maitress d'", a Canadian, is the hardest working restauranteur I have ever seen. Best dining value and experience on the Island.
