We made reservations for a "luxury" room and upgraded to a "strip view" room. We were told that this included access to the "Rendevous Lounge" with concierge services. The room was no better than a standard freeway motel room. In fact, there were less amenities than a freeway motel. There was a charge for local calls and an internet access charge! The TV was old, and the bathroom far from luxurious, the hallway noise ie door slammings, was unacceptable. We usually stayed at the Aladdin, recently converted to a Planet Hollywood. The rooms we had there were indeed "luxury" rooms. The staff, on the other hand, were very polite and efficient.
My bill included items such as: "summer leren package", "summer view package."
