Disappointing

Stayed in king studio suite on 5/11/07, front desk service from Michelle was excellent. Room was dated to shabby - worn carpet, furniture, wallpaper, paint peeling, bubbling. Saw at least 8 patches of mildew on the bath tiles plus bath drain was blocked. Complained to assistant manager who did nothing. Complained again next day and they expedited maintenance who cured drain problem. Easy 10 minute walk to Broadway theaters. Rare Bar/grill's breakfast buffet very good, sweet potato fries outstanding, "famous" hamburgers very average. Overall, disappointing stay.
