We stayed in the winter, and the heat was toooooo much even for southern folks! We couldn't turn the heat down, and also had to sleep with the window open. We called to ask how to turn on the air, but there was none in the winter. They brought us a fin which we put in the window and only turned off in the middle of our last night there. The staff was not overly helpful, however we didn't ask much. The doormen were good at fetching us a cab:) The room was spacious with a good view, and the bathroom was luxurious, however; I would not stay here again because of the heat and air problems!
