About Me: A career opportunity has brought me to Geneva, Switzerland where I will continue my travels. As I now explore Europe from 2010 to 2012, I begin a new chapter of exploration after having spent 2007 - 2009 touring 28,000 plus miles in an RV through the US and Canada. The journey begins on a new continent without an RV - using trains, buses and cars.

More About Vanilla Sugar

I travel because...
I have elected to live fulltime in my Prevost motorhome and travel. I have completed a 28,000 Mile Grand Tour of the US and Canada and intend to compile my stories in a book. Over 400 appear on my blog "Did Someone Say RV Road Trip?" For the past two years while working in Switzerland, I am creating a photo journal of my experiences.
I love to travel to...
Paris, Switzerland's Alps, London, Israel, Alaska, New Mexico, Costa Rica, Chandler Arizona, Sedona Arizona, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Grand Canyon, Toronto, Pacific Coast of Oregon
I never forget to pack...
My hiking boots, fly rod, camera (extra batteries), and assorted currencies - Euros and Swiss Francs.
My weirdest travel habit is...
avoid the tourist spots and seek the unusual by showing up!
It's my dream to travel to...
Finland, Rome, Vienna, Budapest, Antarctica, and Peru.
When I'm not traveling...
I write about my experiences at and work as the Global Fundraising Specialist Major Donors for UNICEF in Geneva, Switzerland.
