About Me: I have had the great fortune to be born into a family who believed a vacation was essential every year even when money was tight. I also have the great fortune to be married into a family that feels the same way. I traveled to several states in the eastern part of the U.S. growing up and recently started traveling the western part of the U.S. with my husband. My most exotic locales have been the Caribbean, Japan and Australia. However, one of my favorite vacations involved hiking in a state park among many caverns. I have learned that you don't have to spend a lot of money to have a great vacation. Its all in your sense of adventure.
