Universals Hard Rock Hotel is themed after the rock & roll classic song Hotel California by the Eagles. Built in 2001, the resort is filled with memorabilia from classic rock & Roll artists of yesteryear and today. Every month except November and December, the lobby seating area is cleared and a rock concert is performed from some of the great legends of the 70's, 80's and 90's. The concerts usually take place the last Thursday of the month from 8:00 - 9:30 Pm and the costs is $25-$50 per ticket. Did you know that they even have underwater speakers in the pool so truly you hear music everywhere and wont miss a beat. The property has 650 rooms averaging 375 square feet. Every Universal resort guest enjoys the Express Line entry to attractions at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
