This hotel will definitely be visited again in the near future for a romantic getaway. It was the perfect place to just relax and enjoy a luxury vacation while at the same time being surrounded by so much history! It is centrally located which is a huge plus and just gorgeously decorated. They recently did a renovations that gave the hotel a new modern feel yet at the same time kept the historic feel. They have a section in the hotel where they have some memorabilia from the hotels history which was very neat to go over. They even found china during the renovations that is from the original days before they closed for some years. Such a great find. The rooms were beautiful and elegantly decorated and were just a bit bigger then your average size hotel but lovely all the same. I think my favorite part of the hotel though was the lobby which is set up like a study and living space which I stole some of the ideas for my home. I loved the colors they chose for the hotel. I had lunch in the restaurant and had a burger which was very delicious and even though I was stuffed still from a big breakfast couldn't stop myself fro eating every bite! This is an absolute must stay at property! Stay here! You won't regret it!
