Going to Hamburg it’s worth seeing the art museum in Hamburg with the largest collection in the north of Germany. The museum is called the Hamburger Kunsthalle. You get to the museum you should go to the Hauptbahnhof and then the museum is located in the north. The museum is housed in a beautiful old building with a modern twist. What are the things that you can expect here? The museum has a large collection that range from the Middle Ages up to the present. What I loved was that the pieces hang in a chronological order dating back all the way to the 14th century. The things that we saw were works from Dutch artists as Jan Steen and Rembrandt. There are also a few less famous artists that you can admire. The museum has a great collection of different kind of paintings. We easily spend around two hours here wondering around. It’s actually a lrger museum than I thought it was going to be. The entrance price is a deep steep with around nine euro’s per person. A great museum and worth the visit.
