I finally received the framed print I purchased on February 12th, more than 6 months later. After multiple emails & phone messages with no reply, I received an email saying they had problems with the framing company and would I accept 2 unframed prints instead. I answered that I would not and would like a refund instead. (I was of course past the grace period with my credit card). I NEVER heard from them again after that!.
Meawhile I contacted the St-Thomas' Consumer Protection, who did call me back and said they had received many complaints and had a file on these people. WHY they let them continue doing business in their town is a mystery to me!!! Nonetheless I believe I finally received my purchase because of the action taken by the Consumer protection dpt.
AND to add insult to injury, the stated price on the postal invoice is $20 less than what I actually paid!!!
