Bought tickets online from their official website, had the wrong date on the tickets, asked them if they could change the date to the day after, they refused to change the date, no returns on money, made the tickets 2 months in advanced but they still refuse to change the day. Arriving at the airport the date the tickets say, so cannot use the tickets. They have poor customer service, and seem not to care about their customers, is it so hard to fix an error as a one day difference on a date of a ticket? No, but they are arrogant and since they are a world attraction they do not care to be more caring about having good customer service. They put your name on the tickets to make them unsellable that way you have no way getting any money back if there happens to be a mistake. They basically took our money and our tickets are unusuable.
