charged me wrong price

I have no complaints about the store employees. They are always working hard to keep the place clean and help out the customer. I do have a problem with cuffy's customer service though. The employee accidentally transposed the numbers in the price when ringing me up. I did not notice until I got my credit card bill....contacted customer service and they told me the item was not on sale when I bought it. Now the employee told me the sweatshirt was on sale for 12.99 and when I went back a few days later to purchase another one there was a sign above the sweatshirts indicating that they were 12.99. My credit card was charged 21.99.

I know good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but this seems to be an error that could have easily been fixed with an apology and a refund or store credit. Instead I was told that I was wrong and the sweatshirt was not that price. Was I imagining the words spoken to me as well as a sign? Sorry Cuffy's, your store is not that dreamy. Stand by your products and when you make a mistake, care about the customer enough to say you are sorry and fix it!
