Prime Time Steakhouse is a small restaurant in Belleville. We had never been there so decided to try it out. When we entered we were not greeted at the door, but someone across the restaurant told us to find a table and seat ourselves. Which we did.The first thing I noticed was that the floor felt sticky under my feet and my friend agreed, not a good start. We ordered our meals, my friend ordered steak done medium, but I chose the fish option which I think was a special that day. It took a long while for our food to arrive and although my friend had finished her soda, no replacement was offered by the server. She had to ask for a refill when our meal arrived. As soon as my friend cut into her steak she said it was overcooked. She called the server over and she looked at it and said it looked fine to her. My friend disagreed and asked for another to be cooked, this time to the correct doneness. Her plate was wisked away with a grunt.I continued to eat my meal, which was ok, but nothing special. The replacement steak arrived as I was finishing. Unfortunately this too was overcooked, but my friend was fed up by this point to just ate it.We never bothered with desserts and would not go back again. The staff were not at all attentive and didn't seem to care if we were satisfied or not. The meals were not cooked as required and the the place felt dirty.
