I, too, have struggled with the same issues. Fortuantely, we only paid $90.00 for our item. I contacted the store by phone, email and every other possible method of communication but never heard back. We paid for our item via credit card and were told we'd get our painting within six weeks. Then four months came and went and I hadn't heard anything so I opted to file a dispute with our credit card company. Today, I learned that the credit card company sided with us and returned our money to us promptly. I think all of us are probably buying the same "painting..."
