Universal Studios Orlando theme park was an expensive disappointment. We figured we should really be in for a treat at $94 for an adult ticket. Boy were we wrong. We experienced long lines, a broken ride after a long wait, minimal park help, and insufficient ways to escape the heat. Park management really needs to improve customer service. (Maybe take some of those actors who play act as crazy tourists and have them answer questions.) We were crammed into rides, and in some cases ended up in the back of a ride where we really couldn't enjoy the full experience. Tip: Don't buy the turkey legs they sell until you inspect the batch. We paid about $10 per leg and had to throw most of the leg away. They were dried out and disgusting.
