I booked through Zozi, at a great discounted rate. My bad, I didn't check in advance to see the dates are always Saturday or Sunday (when I work). But I happily took off a Saturday night (when I'm the closing bartender, and the boat leaves early) and the following Sunday (when I'm the opening bartender), the day of the excursion. Alas, I learned at 6 am Sunday when I phoned that the trip was cancelled due to wind. The exact same thing happened a month later (only their weather line wasn't working, so I -- and other passengers -- didn't learn of the cancellation until we got there. At this point, I'm out @$800 (between lost wages & tips). I can't afford another lost work weekend. They refuse to refund my money ("that's just our policy, talk to Zozi"), though I never even saw their boat. The director refused to speak to me. I've never experienced such poor customer relations in my life. Save yourself the headache. There are too many other boat tour operators who are happy to have your business.
