Great food, great price, great service.

August, 2011. After hours of walking around Rome, we were looking for somewhere to eat. Everything was so overpriced, charged service tax and not many smiling people. Then we came upon Cafe Barocco. It said no service tax, no charge for bread and they had a tourist menu for EU 15.00.
The meal included bruschetta, a choice between 2 main meals or 2 pizzas, water or wine.
but what made it the best was the service. Gianluca served us with a smile, a chat, a laugh and looked after us, even making it special for our 3 year old niece by giving her extra plates, and her own glass for the drinks as she was sharing some of our food.
Food was great, facilities great, the Tiramisu and coffee brilliant.
It was so good that we went back 2 more times in one week.
I highly recommend it.
