Prudential Centre Skywalk offers fantastic views of Boston

The Prudential Centre Skywalk is a great place to get an overview of Boston. It only cost $12 per adult and is well worth the money.

After buying the ticket you are directed to an elevator to take you to the 50th floor. You have the option of taking a self-guided audio tour or you can just wander around. On this floor you get uninterrupted 360 degree views of the city, so choose a nice day to visit.

You will see Copley Square, the airport, harbour area, Hancock Tower, Fenway Park, Boston Common amongst lots more. There are many residential areas to see with all the red brick buildings and amazing architecture. There is also a good view of MIT as well as Harvard etc.

Make sure you have your camera with you. You can literally see for miles and the photos I have uploaded really speak for themselves. There are bulletin boards dotted around giving extra info about the views and buildings etc you can see. Many are interactive to keep kids entertained.

A very worthwhile tour. IF you feel like eating in the sky you can then go to the 52nd floor to the restaurant "The Top of the Hub"
