Swim with penguins

Boulders Beach and the penguin colony is a MUST SEE during a visit to Cape Town. Though it is a decent length drive (45-60 minutes depending on traffic), it is also a beautiful drive.
And then there are the penguins. You can walk on the boardwalk behind the kiosks for free and you'll see a lot of penguins there. Depending on the time of year, you may even see a few sitting on eggs. If you walk around the parking lots near the beach where the penguins are, you may even find a side beach where you can walk among the penguins for free. (Though please be careful. They are wild penguins and may bite if you get too close)
For R35 (adult)/R10 (child) you can enter the beach area and actually swim with the penguins.

Boulders Beach and the penguins are something that you do not want to miss!
