A Beautifully Manicured Garden

Monet's Garden is an easy day trip from Paris. This was one of the most beautifully manicured gardens I have ever seen! Even though my visit was in mid-May and there were none of the water lilies that Monet was famous for, there were so many other flowers of all colors to see! Every color tulip imaginable could be found in the garden, and the pond with the rowboat was neat - we were told that the gardeners have to use the rowboats to tend to the pond. The town of Giverny is also worth a visit - old churches and many houses with beautiful flowers.
