I took my two sisters to Bruge on Monday 09/05/2011 for family day out; one sister is in a wheelchair; the other walks with a stick; not knowing the way things are in Belgium; we sat at an outside table in the centre for a refreshing drink; my sisters wanted to go to the bathroom, so we made our way into the bar only to find that the restaurant only had either an upstairs or downstairs toilet, neither of which could they get to, the waiter told us to go to the restaurant next door, ( the De Vier Winden); which we did only to be told that we could not use their toilet as we did not drink there; I offered to pay to use their toilets; explaining that the waiter next door suggested we go there & why; this made no difference & the waiter was in fact very rude; so beware when you visit Bruge that this restaurant is not friendly or helpful.A dissappointed tourist
