This hotel is not safe for anybody with family

I wanted to let everyone know that the security at The Warwick Hotel in San Francisco is very unsafe for anybody. I left my room and 10 minutes later returned and some guy around 60 years old was just coming out so I asked him why he was in my room and he stated that he thought he was on the 3rd floor(room 301 ) and that his key opened my door( 2nd floor , room 201) We tried his key in my door twice and both times it opened the door so we both went to the front desk to complain about it. The acting general manager stated that she would have engineering address the issue but she failed to see the big picture and that is maybe this has been a problem all along as my wife was sleeping in the room and if someone with bad intentions wanted they could harm your wife, your child etc. ……it just could turn very badly very quickly. The hotel still hasn’t taken care of the other guest and he is still at the hotel.I strongly recommend that anyone who is worried about the safety and security of their family especially their children should find another hotel as security at this hotel is not even a priority even after a serious incident such as this.
