I have traveled around the world and stayed at the Crillion in Paris and dumps in mainland China and I have NEVER, EVER been treated so poorly by a hotel staff as I was here. They misplaced my credit card info and more than once locked me out of my room or threatened to. It was the most mortifying experience I have ever had at a hotel-AND IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE.One night i asked for the chef salad from the menu. 15 minutes later I was handed a take out container with salad crammed into it-no plate, no tray, no bread. When I called to complain the guy came back and handed me a plate and was hostile and belligerent because he had to come back. WORST HOTEL EVER!
