Being the owner of three ATV's and an avid rider for the past 12 years I was not impressed. The machines were definately showing their age, most ran poorly, had well worn tires and more than one rider complained of poor or non existant brakes. My particular machine stalled about 3 or 4 miles into the desert. The group and guide continued on to the beach leaving me behind trying to start the stalled unit with a dead batterry.I became concerned when no one came back and the temperature was climbing steadily. I left the machine and backtracked the trail for the better part of an hour.It was then when the guide finally returned, first thing he says is "what did you do to the machine?!Being in no mood and having had enough of this business,I stormed off to the highway and made my way to the office down the road aways. There, after talking to at least two people who claimed to be "The Boss" and a whole bunch of runaround, I was finally offered a refund. What was supposed to have been the highlight of my Baja vacation ended up wasting the better part of my last full day in Mexico and souring an otherwise great holiday.
