I wasn't all that interested in going to Trevi Fountain. I knew what it would be: masses of people crowded around a fountain, throwing coins over their shoulders and having their pictures taken with big grins on their faces. But I've seen "Three Coins in the Fountain," and knew it was another Roman icon that shouldn't be passed by. So I went. And now that I'm home, I'm glad I did, and I'm thankful that I had the opportunity. And it was worth it, not just for the opportunity to see the fountain, but for the people watching.
