Arc de Triomphe is located in the area of Charles de Gaulle, who wore earlier name: Etoile. And indeed, from the arch in different directions radiate 12 prospectuses. The Arch was built by decree of Napoleon I to the glory of the Grand Army, won the battle Austelitskom 1805.
