I was disappointed in the hotel. First the lines to check-in can be very long depending on the time of day you arrive. As I had been traveling 15 hours prior to arrival at the hotel the 45 minute check-in wait was a real hardship. I also found the room to need a fresh coat of paint. It is also weird that their is no ramp to the front-desk. You have to carry all your suitcases down the steps to check-in then back up to go to the elevator. Makes no sense that they would construct a hotel this way. In our room there were several dirty marks on the walls along with gross splatters right near the toilet. It also appeared that the bathroom floor in my room had not been scrubbed in a long time. If I ran my finger over the last inch away from the wall I would have a nice, dirty film covering my finger. Also the bathroom was very small and did not have a ventilation fan. There was also still hair floating around near the tub from the last customer when I arrived. The towels were also thin and rough. The mini-fridge was also very old, it would make loud, weird noises in the middle of the night that would awaken me. We were also told by the hotel staff that to park our car we had to get a claim ticket at the parking lot, park the car, take the claim ticket to the front desk, pay the front desk, then take the claim ticket back to the car for display, major pain. I was baffled that we could not just pay the attendant at the garage. I was very disappointed in the hotel and will never stay there again.
