Chamberlain's Steak and Chop House in Addison, TX is a classic, white table cloth, steakhouse. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great place to take a date or if you are celebrating a special occasion. The nice thing about this restaurant is that it is independently owned so the menus are always changing and the quality of the food is top-notch. I started with the Kobe Beef Pot Stickers with Sesame Glaze, Spiced Seared Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Cream and the Lump Crab Cake Victoria with Southern Pecan Slaw. I was with a group of people and we all shared the three appetizers. Everything was excellent. The seasoning on the Ahi Tuna was right on the money and the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake was one of the best I have ever eaten. Huge pieces of sweet crab and the slaw was a tasty edition. For my entree I went with the 8oz. Filet. It was cooked to a perfect medium with a great crust on the outside. One of the most flavorful filets I have ever had. The sides of garlic mash and asparagus were good not great but still very delicious. I finished my meal with a very tasty, tangy and sweet piece of key lime pie and I was completely stuffed and ready to be rolled out to my car. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, and something that is sure to please, try Chamberlain's.
