A great place to stay

This is a great "village" in the middle of the quiet northern part of the park. We loved sitting on our porch at night. We stayed in one of the cabins with a private bath, and it was simple and perfect. I only wish it had a coffee maker in the room. The vistitors center at mammoth is, in my opinion, one of the best in Yellowstone. There are elk wandering everywhere, and the lower terrace trail ( a must see ) is a short walk away.
