Chicago is known for its architecture and the Wendella boat tour offers a very relaxing way to see a great deal of it. If you have any interest at all in architecture it is the perfect way to spend part of your time in Chicago. The tour guides have a lot of information about the builders and the chronology city to share. Buy your tickets in advance, the tours sell out quickly, but they have several departures during the day. The docking point is easy to find, not far from the art museum, in front of the Wrigley's building. I enjoyed the time, found a lot of the information interesting. Make sure you bring something warm to wear because even in the sun the wind gets cold on the water.
