We won a 3 night 4 day trip through work and had the "all inclusive" package. If I paid for it out of my own pocket I would have asked for a refund and found a real all-inclusive resort. That I have stayed at in the past.

I could barely choke down a Margarita. Very cheap alcohol used. Top shelf tequila was an extra $22 per drink. The food options were very limited as well. Only two restaurants were included in our package. One was a very nice pool-side restaurant that was only open for lunch. The food was good there but noticed would it would been quite expensive. The only breakfast and dinner option was the buffet, which was mediocre at best. If you wanted a soda at breakfast it would have cost extra. Again, would have asked for a refund if was paying out of own pocket.
Staff was non-existent. They did their jobs but did not go out of their way for anything. My first trip to the pool I asked for one of their nice pool floats to lounge on for the day. I was told I could rent one for $5 an hour or $15 for the day. Why would I have to rent a pool float? It is called hospitality to provide them for your guest. Especially, at the rate they charge. The second problem I ran into with staff was with dinner one night. We were under the impression that their nice restaurant xxxxxxx was included one of the nights. We asked the front desk for a reservation and confirmed it was part of our package. So we got all dressed up and went to dinner at our reservation time. When we arrived we were told that they didn't have our name for a reservation and it was not included in our package. By the way, we were the only guest in the restaurant at that time. We proceeded to the front desk to get the issue cleared up. The front desk confirmed that we did make the reservation. They also confirmed that it wasn't included in the package. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up and honoring our reservation they just stood there not saying anything. That is not guest service.
I left a comment with the front desk with my concerns, name and email address. It has been over a month and I haven't heard anything yet. You can just tell they do not care about their guest having a good experience. Honestly, I felt the whole time that since we were on the "all inclusive" package we were a burden on the staff.
