I have just come back from a three-day trip to Amsterdam. One of the places I visited was the Anne Frank house. I was very disappointed with it. There is absolutely nothing to see (photos that are on the walls can be found on the Internet, as well as the quotes from her diary that are written on the walls). There is no furniture in the whole house, just a small model of the house. Even the diary on display is a fake. The most interesting thing about the whole museum was a displayed real Oscar that was won by an actress who played in the film about Anne Frank. This museum was a total rip off. Do not waste your time or money. There are many more interesting places to visit in Amsterdam (Van Gogh museum, the Dungeon, Rijskmuseum, Rembrandt museum). If you do not believe, ask anyone leaving the museum and they will confirm.
