This was the worst experience I have had in my 20 years of diving, use any operation but this one. The dive boats are old, dirty and unsafe (exposed sharp metal edges, slippery peeling decks). The boat safety briefing did not even mention the location of the O-2 or the fire extinguisher and the dive briefings were worthless. The crew did not have access to tools and borrowed items from me to make basic repairs (change out an O-ring). Sea-sick snorkelers were vomiting off the upper deck and when a diver asked about a less exposed (high winds and seas) dive site they were told once the schedule was set it was not changed to avoid duplication. Yet the very next day the scheduled Blue Hole dive was canceled with the explanation "circumstances beyond our control." When I then asked for a refund because of their change I received only 15% of what I prepaid for that dive.
