My family and I just got back from a short trip to Vegas. Having children that we take with us when we go I have to plan for all the free things that are ok to take a young child to. As any one who has ever been to Vegas knows its no easy task.Several years ago we took my daughter to the Belliagio fountains for the first time she was just a baby really. If I was to know the outcome of that one little visit to the fountains I may not have choose to take her there so willingly. We chose the fountain show at Bellagio as it was free and there was no age restrictions to it. It was something that would be good for the whole family. My daughter instantly fell in love with it. We ended up standing there for 3 hours watching every show and every song that they used. Her favorite being This Kiss by Faith Hill. Now 7 years later and my daughter is still wanting to go and watch the fountains at Bellagio its a constant when we visit. We may not know what we are gonna do but you can almost be sure that one of our days will be spent sitting out side of Bellagio watching there fountains and touring the conservatory. They are the most wonderful thing really its such a basic show but its put together so well that you cant help but to enjoy it. What we really like the most is when the water is shot out of the jets so fast it makes a loud boom like a bomb going off. The water rises into the air at such a hight that it has actually been known to block the sun. With our last visit being only a few days ago I was so sure we were gonna get off with not having to do the fountains needless to say I was very wrong. As our trip came to an end my daughter threw a fit and made it quite apparent that her trip to Vegas was not over till the Fountain shows were over. So we rushed right out to see the show to at least make one in our group very happy. They must have known she was coming as they played her favorite song making it all the more better for us as we did not have to sit through them all and wait for the one she loved the most. This show runs beginning at 3pm till 12am providing the weather is cooperating. I have been in vegas when the wind is too strong and the fountains are going off needless to say that every one in a mile radius feels the water from the fountains when the wind is blowing making it a not enjoyable experience. The cost of this experience is free it does not cost you one red cent. That is what makes it such a pleasure for us to take my daughter to see again and again even though we have seen it so many times we could probably do the dance our selves, but when the price is right you cant complain. If you want a good spot to view the show I would recommend arriving a little early to get a good spot. The fact that this is a free show means that every one that is out for a good deal in Vegas is gonna be there to watch it with you. So get there early to get a good viewing place. I have watched it from every vantage point and there are really none that are better than any other. Each area has its own good view and you will not be dissapointed no matter where you view it at.This is a great freebie while in Vegas and as a regular to the strip and the fun that is to be found there I would recommend this to every one that is thinking of making a trip to Vegas. Even if you have seen it once you can watch it again and it seems that its a new experience each time. This was a great time for me and my family. Its something that my daughter loves to tell her friends about. She would rather sit and watch the fountains than a magic show any day.
