Poor Service and Way Over Priced

Me and my wife booked a room on the web site over labor day weekend this year and we selected a two room suite with a view. When we arrived we got our key and went up to the room to find that we had no view to speak of, and the room was very small and seemed like it had been just thrown together for some quick profit. they had to bring an extenstion cord to the room to plug our toaster in, and they had to bring a new phone because ours did not work. The first morning we got our breakfast and one of our cans of juice had what looked like dried up foot and was all sticky on the top. the roof that our window looked at had broken beer bottles on it and the screen was broke out, this was never taken care of. On our last day they took our breakfast menus and never brought the breakfast!

Having worked for lodging, and tourism companies my whole live I found this to be the worst customer service I have ever seen or even heard of!!!!!
