The Park Hyatt Hotel in Tokyo is what I would call a "once in a lifetime" hotel. It's awesome, comfortable, worth the money; but only if it's done once in a lifetime. The views are mesmerizing. The food is so-so. The live band in the restaurant is mediocre. The staff is condescending and at times downright snobbish. If I wanted lousy customer service, I'd vacation in America. But, yeah, it's worth the dough. Once in a lifetime, you should spend a couple days at the Park Hyatt Tokyo.
