I am a DC area resident, and have heard there was a food tour company in town. My cousin came in to visit me this past weekend. Like me, she is a foodie, and I thought it would be a great time to try it out. The tour was called "The Capitol Hill Culinary Experience". It was a wonderful combination of local food, architecture, and history. Our guides- Natalie and Jeff (who happens to be the owner) were fantastic. The food chosen for this tour was outstanding. They managed to bring together the flavor of the area through a diverse group of restaurants. The owners of each place came and talked to us as well!!I would highly reccomend this tour, and can't wait to try their Old Town food tour as well.
