Awful Hotel

Hubby and I stayed there during a business trip with the gov't. I told him that he should tell the travel people to never book anyone there again.

No breakfast, at least nothing like I was expecting. A selection of 2 bruised bananas and toast isn't a breakfast to me! Rude staff at breakfast, awful tables and chairs to sit in. Nothing was clean. I went to a nearby friend's house to eat.

The internet only worked in the actual lobby. We never got it to work in the hotel room. The clerk convinced me somehow that it was my computer.

The room was okay, the bed had seen a lot of action, so it wasn't really the best night sleep. The floor was clean, it was vacuumed at least. Maid service was good, prompt.

Front desk clerks, night and day, were really not the friendliest. We heard a lot of shouting one night, coming from the lobby! We lived in the Hampton area on and off for 20 years with hubby's military service, so, it's not that I wasn't used to the area. Just wish that there was more security at the hotel and they followed through.

I'm not recommending this one to anyone. :(
