It was the first time I've tried Mongolian food and I have to say it is wonderful. The staff were very friendly and explained how the buffet worked. First there was the chinese buffet which offered a wide variety of chinese starters and main courses. All my usual favourites were there and I had the opportunity to try new dishes too. My friend was a vegitarian and there was a hue selection for her to chose from. After the main course, you can venture over to the mongolian buffet where you customise your meal. You pick from a wide varity of freshly prepared vegetables, meals and sea food. You then pick a sauce (the sauces cater for all taste buds, from plain to very spicy) and you have a choice of fried rice, noodles or vermecelli to accompany your meal. Then your meal is cooked in mongolian kitchen by the chef and served to your table onces it done.(you can stay and watch the meal being cooked if you like). The price of the All -You-Can-Eat buffet includes both chinese and mongolian buffet. The quality of food is better than any other buffet restaurant and they offer a huge variety aswell. It is a real value for money.
