Today my partner and I were in line at Pika Bagel on our way to work in Frisco. We wanted to pick up 6 bagels for our colleagues as a way to show appreciation for their work. They told us that they could not do bulk bagel orders (6 is bulk?). We then asked how many we could order, and they said 4. After bagging the bagels and ringing us up, I asked if we could get cream cheese. The woman said, "oh, you want cream cheese too?" she asked how much and I said enough for 4 bagels. They informed us at that point that they could not serve us.I understand that people can have a bad day but this does not mean it is okay to be rude to customers. We work with Frisco and Vail healthcare, and were disappointed in our community's employees. I have never felt this discriminated against! We went across the street to Butterhorn, and had wonderful services.
