The Chicago Contemporary Art museum definitely isn't an experience like MOMA (Museum of Modern Art in New York City). I saw lots of interesting pieces. The museum has a small collection but has lots of traveling exhibition space. The staff was very helpful and polite. The Cafe looked nice and clean, however I can't comment on the food because I didn't purchase any food or drinks. The gift shop was nice, like any typical art museum shop. I found it a bit pricey because a postcard was $.85 (plus tax). They do accept reciprocal membership cards from other art museums in North America, so be sure to check. Student discounts are available provided you show a valid student ID card. I will return next time I am in the Chicago area.
