I shop all over Bali, Matahari is the most consistent for quality and price. The variety is excellent and the range of different products is great. The big plus is you can get everything you need in one spot. The sales discounts are incredible, I bought a large towel for USD$8 which woiuld for the same quality elsewhere been priced at USD$60. When I return in February I will buy another, hope they are on special still. Wine, liquor and beer prices are generally cheaper as are food prices. it is very convenient for me, being close to my hotel and the beach.
