Avoid This Disaster

By far the worse airport hotel I have ever stayed at. They are directly across from terminal 3 but since it was raining I thought I'd catch the free shuttle. You have to call them for pick-up. It took 35 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, unacceptable considering they are across the street. Driver was surly with no personality. Check in was a complete joke. Front office staff looked like they were still in high school. They didn't look a day over 18. Two were talking on their cell phones and the other who was helping me didn't have a clue what he was doing. Being a Platinum member with Starwood I expect to receive a certain level of service, it was non-existent. Finally got to my room 15 mintues later only to find out it was the wrong room type. Hotel has free internet but it's very slow. The restaurant located next to the front desk was horrible. You get better food at a donut shop! There are several places to eat next to the hotel but since it was raining I decided to stay indoors. Gym is the size of a guest room with poor air quality since it's next to the pool and it's humid and smells like chemicals. I spent a total of 18 hours at this place and was very happy to leave. I've since been to Renaissance down the street it's about $20 more a night but WOW what a difference!
