I'd like to add a recent review of E-Z Boy Tours on Caye Caulker. We were in Belize for three weeks this winter, and spent most of our time snorkeling. Our best trip was with Harry Woods to Turneffe Island Atoll, booked by Bunny Ysaguirre, who is currently secretary of the Caye Caulker Tour Operators Association. Compared to Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Turneffe Island is off the beaten path. We didn't see another boat or person, and Harry provided us with the opportunity to experience the ambiance of a commercial fisherman's island shack. The snorkeling was superb, as was Harry's cooking! Rather than a "canned" trip, there was a spontaneous atmosphere that made us feel we were on an adventure.
