I did this tour a week ago and it was one of the highlights of our trip. They picked us up in front of Carlos N Charlie´s and it was about a 20 min car ride to this small town that the guy that picked us up from Carlos N Charlies said was the 1st mayan settlement on the island. So a guide greeted us there in the Cedral and gave us a quick class on how to use the atvs. We started from there and rode through the jungle visiting a number of very interesting places. It was very dusty and we got very dirty. The path was very rocky in spots but it was really fun. We visited a sink after that an underground cave and then a small mayan ruin. I really enjoyed the cave it was very neat we saw some wildlife there by that I mean a wild Iguana and a snake that I was unable to catch. The tour guides were attentative to our needs and happy to answer any questions that we had. They told me about some other tours that they offer and they sound great and I am looking forward to trying those out as well. They had cold bottled water for us the entire tour and gave us very good service. We would happily recommend this tour to anyone that enjoys atvs. We payed 66 dollars per person and it was worth it.
